Data Security & Non-Interception Agreement
Effective Date: June 2026 | Comprehensive Legal and Technical Guardrails for Commercial Brokerages.
Institutional Commitment Summary
Office Sphere operates strictly as a closed, backend software utility for licensed real estate professionals and commercial property agencies. We do not maintain an occupier-facing footprint, we do not market to tenant firms, and we are contractually barred from intercepting or monetizing your pipeline data.
1. The Zero-Interception Mandate
Office Sphere formally executes an absolute non-compete and non-interception barrier against all active client brief data processed through the Atlas Sourcing Engine. Under no circumstances will Office Sphere, its parent entities, or its personnel bypass an instructing agency to interface directly with an underlying tenant firm or occupier entity.
All sourcing fees, advisory rewards, and client relationships remain 100% proprietary to the subscriber agency. Office Sphere functions strictly as an infrastructure utility layer.
2. Client Entity Anonymization
To eliminate pipeline risk, our platform is engineered to process requirements using anonymous structural vectors. Agents are not required—and are actively discouraged from—inputting identifiable tenant company names, individual contact numbers, or corporate emails into our backend databases.
Our database only tracks data metrics such as:
- Required desk count capacity and structural layout rules.
- Target geographic parameters (town, city, or postal coordinates).
- Budget allocation bands per workstation.
- Specific workspace amenities (e.g., tier-1 connectivity, roof space, meeting room hours).
3. Inter-Agency Data Segregation (Silo Architecture)
Office Sphere hosts a multi-tenant subscription framework where competing commercial agencies simultaneously utilize the Atlas Engine. To guarantee operational safety, the platform enforces strict data isolation protocols:
- No Cross-Account Leakage: Search logs, generated shortlists, and submitted client parameters are isolated within your agency's encrypted container.
- Invisible Pipelines: Brokerage A can never view, query, or infer the sourcing activities, active briefs, or geographic target vectors of Brokerage B.
- Database Access Prohibitions: No external user or subscriber can run network lookups across global platform requests.
4. Flexible Operator & Landlord Transparency
When Atlas communicates with flex operators (such as Cubo, Uncommon, Wizu, etc.) to verify live inventory, availability statuses, and pricing matrices, it does so using your agency's subscription profile footprint. The underlying tenant remains entirely hidden behind your firm's brand block until you choose to schedule a direct physical viewing tour.
5. Institutional Audit Compliance
Our infrastructure undergoes routine, independent data security assessments to ensure that all active tracking loops adhere to institutional UK commercial standards. If your firm’s compliance, legal, or technology framework requires a bespoke, countersigned corporate Data Processing Addendum (DPA), please contact our deployment division at info@office-sphere.co.uk.
