The website is operated by Office Sphere Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC867827. “Office Sphere” is the trading name of Office Sphere Ltd. 2. What cookies are

3. How we use cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary: to operate and secure the Shopify website, maintain essential platform functions and remember cookie choices. These cannot be switched off through the consent tool because the website cannot provide the relevant function without them.
- Functional: to remember choices such as country or localization settings.
- Analytics: with consent, to understand visits, sessions and use of the website through Shopify Analytics so that we can measure and improve performance.
- Marketing: with consent, to support Shopify marketing measurement or related functionality. Office Sphere does not currently use separate advertising pixels such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags.
Analytics and marketing cookies are not activated for UK visitors unless they accept the relevant category through the TinyCookie banner.

7. Shopify and TinyCookie
Shopify hosts the website and provides essential storefront technology and Shopify Analytics. TinyCookie, provided by TinyIMG, manages the cookie banner and records consent choices. TinyCookie is integrated with Shopify’s Customer Privacy API so that consent choices are communicated to Shopify-managed services.

8. Legal basis
We use strictly necessary cookies because they are required to provide a service requested by the visitor, operate the website and remember privacy choices. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when cookies, suppliers, website features or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on the website. We will repeat cookie testing after material changes, including the installation of new Shopify apps or tracking tools.
